Every physical book package is inspected and bubble-wrapped carefully. However, in the rare event that your book arrives damaged in transit or with printing defects:

- We will arrange an immediate 100% free brand-new replacement sent to your address at no additional shipping charge.
2. Digital Products (PDF Worksheets)
Due to the immediate access nature of digital downloads (PDF files and instant learning sheets):
- Once the payment succeeds and the high-resolution PDF download link is delivered, digital purchases are non-refundable.
- If you experience any issue downloading or opening the file, or if your link expires, our team will re-send fresh download links directly to your WhatsApp or email immediately at zero cost.
